I would recommend Anachemy 10/10! We were in a time crunch with finding a house and she made it happen and helped us find our home and close in time! She is very dedicated to her clients and cares about all the details. Being a first time home buyer I knew nothing and she made the process go very smooth and taught me so much about what we should be looking for along the way. I cannot recommend Ana highly enough! Ana has been the real estate agent on two recent sales of single family homes. On the first one, two other agents failed to sell the house in about a nine month period. After Ana took over, she offered to pay up front $2,000 to stage the house properly with the agreement that we would reimburse her upon the sale. Under her efforts, the home went under contract within a month and closed in a normal fashion, with Ana staying on top of that process. I have bought many properties over the years but this one certainly came with unique challenges. Seller issues, HOA issues that might make another buyer rethink the purchase. Definitely challenges for any realtor but as always Anachemy rose to every single issue and delay on my behalf as her client. Always with my best interest in sight to get me the best deal even in these times of low inventory/sellers market.
